About us

Meadowbank Preschool has a small, family atmosphere with an excellent educational programme combined with exciting, stimulating play. We are licensed for 20 children. 

We are pleased to offer the government-initiative 20 hours early childhood education, subject to certain conditions (see our prospectus for details).

The preschool is owned and operated by the Auckland branch of the Royal New Zealand Plunket Society, a not-for-profit organisation which has provided support services for the development, health and well-being of New Zealand children for the past 100 years. The revenue earned from the preschool is put back into child health and welfare in the Auckland community. The preschool is managed locally by a committee of Plunket volunteers, and is supported where appropriate by the national society.
